Every session at High Heart Reiki begins with one simple intention: to meet you exactly where you are.
As a Reiki Master and registered nurse with 15 years of clinical experience, I bring something to the table that is rare - a deep understanding of both conventional medicine and energy healing, and a genuine belief in how beautifully they can complement each other. I won’t diagnose, and Reiki is never a replacement for your medical care. But I will understand your journey in a way that allows me to hold space for you with genuine knowledge and compassion.

Before every session, I invite you to share what’s on your heart - not because I need a medical history, but because context allows me to truly show up for you. What you’re carrying matters. You will never feel like a stranger on my table.
Regarding my nursing background...
My experience as a registered nurse informs the empathy and understanding I bring to every session. However, Reiki sessions at High Heart Reiki are not medical appointments. I do not provide clinical assessments, medical advice, or nursing care of any kind within this practice. Reiki is a complementary healing modality and is never a replacement for professional medical care. Please always consult your healthcare provider with any health concerns.
