In-Person Reiki Session

Service Description

A full-body energy healing session, shaped around whatever you're carrying that day. We'll start with a short conversation so that you can share what's present for you physically, emotionally, and energetically. This helps me shape your session. Reiki is delivered through a series of hand positions, some resting lightly on the body and some hovering just above it. If you'd rather I not touch you at all, I'm glad to hover for the entire session instead, just let me know. I also ask for consent at the start of every session, both for touch in general and for any areas you'd prefer I avoid. From there, I work intuitively, drawing on crystals, chakra balancing, and energy/aura clearing as your body calls for it.
