Hi, I'm Sara Christian
Welcome to my space filled with healing, love, and light! I’m a Level 2 Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki practitioner working towards my Master Reiki certification. I have received my training from the amazing Caroline Paradis of Clarity Wellness. I’m all about spreading positive energy, whether it’s through my Reiki practice or my job as a registered nurse. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband, daughter, and our two cats.

Hands-On Reiki Session - 1 hour - $80

Distance Reiki Session - 1 hour - $80
Experience the benefits of reiki from the comfort of your own space. Our remote reiki sessions are designed to provide you with the same level of relaxation and healing as in-person sessions.
Included in both sessions:
Chakra Balancing
Reiki sessions effectively balance the chakras by directing energy through the body to release blockages and restore equilibrium. This gentle process revitalizes each chakra, promoting well-being, emotional clarity, and spiritual development.
Energy Clearing
Reiki sessions facilitate positive energy flow while clearing negative energies affecting well-being. This process helps release blockages, leading to a sense of peace and clarity.
Crystals and Sound Healing
The integration of sound healing and crystals can significantly enhance the healing experience. Sound frequencies from instruments like singing bowls promote relaxation and help harmonize the body’s energy. Meanwhile, crystals, known for their unique healing properties, can be strategically placed to amplify flow and focus intentions.
