Hi, I'm Sara Christian
I’ve been a Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki practitioner since 2022, with Level II initiation in 2024 under the guidance of my teacher, Caroline Paradis. I am continuing my Reiki journey by becoming a Reiki Master in April 2026. I'm also a registered nurse, which gives me a deep respect for both the science of healing and the unseen energy that supports it. I live with my husband and our daughter in Lakeville, MA.
I was first introduced to Reiki about 10 years ago. It has brought so much calm, connection, and clarity into my life - and I love sharing that experience with others. Whether I'm holding space in person or from a distance, Reiki helps me show up with presence, compassion, and a deep trust in the body's natural ability to heal. Starting my own Reiki practice felt like a natural step: a way to blend my clinical background with my love for gentle, intuitive healing.

At High Heart Reiki, established in 2025, we draw inspiration from the meaning of the high heart chakra. This energetic center, known for embodying compassion, truth, and higher love, serves as a bridge between our personal and spiritual energies. Our focus is on facilitating a journey from self-centered healing to soul-aligned living, allowing you to love yourself and others unconditionally.
