Welcome to High Heart Reiki - a warm, home-based healing practice in Lakeville, MA. I'm a Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master and registered nurse with 15 years of clinical experience, and I believe that true healing happens when we honor the whole person - body, mind, and spirit.

What is Holistic Energy Healing?
Holistic energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive approach to wellness that honors the deep connection between your body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, it looks at the whole person - supporting the body’s natural ability to heal while also inviting emotional clarity and spiritual calm.
Everything is energy. Thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and even the environments we spend time in all carry a certain vibration. When that energy is balanced and flowing, we tend to feel well - grounded, clear, and at peace. When it becomes blocked or stagnant - due to stress, trauma, illness, or the weight of everyday life - it can affect us on every level.
Reiki works gently to clear those blockages and restore balance through light touch or hands hovering just above the body. Many people describe sensations of warmth, tingling, emotional release, or simply the most deeply restful hour they’ve had in a long time.

Reiki is for everyone!
You don’t need a diagnosis, a health condition, or a specific reason to be here. Some of my clients come in navigating something difficult. Others simply come because they want an hour of stillness in a world that doesn’t offer much of it. Both are completely valid. Both are welcome.
That said, because of my background as a nurse, I have a particular soft spot for people who are:
Navigating cancer
On a pregnancy journey
Stressed, anxious, or burnt-out
Skeptical, but curious
as a patient, a survivor, or a caregiver
including those undergoing fertility treatment, currently pregnant, or postpartum
when your nervous system just needs permission to rest
sometimes you're not sure why you feel called to seek out energy work

A little about me...
I came to Reiki through my work in oncology nursing, when I met a volunteer Reiki practitioner who brought stillness and peace to cancer patients in a busy infusion room, and it really started to click when I received Reiki myself!
I’m now a Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master, a registered nurse of 15 years, and a mom to a very spirited six year old who loves crystals as much as I do! I practice out of my home studio in Lakeville, MA - a calm, private space where you are always welcome exactly as you are.
