I know this journey personally. I walked through infertility, through the grief and anxiety it brings, and through a pregnancy on the other side. I received Reiki during both, and I understand in my bones what it means to need a space that holds all of it: the hope, the fear, the uncertainty, and the love. Working closely alongside women navigating pregnancy and women’s health every day, I understand how much is happening beneath the surface, and I carry that awareness into every session. Reiki supports the nervous system, promotes relaxation, and creates space for your body to find balance - exactly what it needs during one of life’s most tender seasons.
