A full-body energy healing session tailored to your unique needs. Before we begin, we’ll take time to connect, sharing what’s present for you physically, emotionally, and energetically. That conversation matters. It shapes how I hold space throughout your session. Each session may incorporate crystals, chakra balancing, and energy clearing, intuitively guided by what your body needs that day. You’ll leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
