Distance Reiki Session

Service Description

Distance Reiki works beyond physical space - offering the same healing benefits from the comfort of your home. Energy is not limited by location, and during your session, you'll receive focused, intentional healing that brings peace, clarity, and balance, just as if we were in the same room. In a distance Reiki session, we will have a short phone call at the beginning of the session, to identify any areas of concern to you. After ending the call, you will relax in a quiet place in your own home, while I channel healing Reiki energy to you. We can either have a follow-up phone call as soon as the Reiki session is complete, or we can choose to follow up at a later time; this will be discussed in the pre-session phone call. During all sessions, Reiki will naturally work to bring your chakras into balance (chakras are the energy centers into the body that influence how we feel, think, and function). With focused intention, a session can help unblock or align specific chakras to support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Receiving Reiki may also help clear your energy, releasing stagnant or heavy energy that may be lingering in your field or environment. This creates a path for healing energy to flow, leaving you feeling lighter, more grounded, and at ease. Additionally, crystals and sound therapy may be used intuitively to assist with the energy healing. - Crystals carry unique energetic frequencies that can support healing, balance, and intention-setting. When used during Reiki, they help focus and amplify the energy, gently encouraging harmony in specific areas of the body or energy field. - Sound healing uses tones, vibrations, or music to help shift energy and soothe the nervous system. When paried with Reiki, sound waves can deepen the experience - helping to release tension and restore inner calm on both a physical and energetic level.
